Develop creative concepts that attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.
Coordinate with local makers, musicians, food vendors, and neighborhood businesses.

Track attendance, revenue, expenses, and customer engagement to evaluate event success.
3. Marketing & Creative Execution — Approximately 20%
Generate fresh ideas for social media content, promotions, seasonal offerings, and in-store experiences.
Create and schedule engaging Instagram content, including photos, short-form videos, stories, and event announcements.
Capture the personality of Tea Zaanti through photography, visual storytelling, and behind-the-scenes content.
Help execute email promotions and coordinate marketing around upcoming events and seasonal products.
Maintain an organized marketing and event calendar.
Bring forward new ideas while ensuring that agreed-upon projects are completed on time.
4. Teamwork & Shop Support — Approximately 10%

Communicate production schedules, event needs, and inventory requirements.
Assist with customer service or café operations when needed and scheduled.
Follow established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate progress, challenges, and results.
Time allocations are approximate and may shift with seasonal production needs and the event calendar.

Creative thinking and enthusiasm for events, hospitality, and community building.
A dependable, self-directed work style with the ability to manage projects independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort using Instagram and basic digital tools for marketing, scheduling, and organization.
Willingness to work hands-on with food and beverage products, including repetitive production tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends for events.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a café, specialty food or beverage business, retail, hospitality, or small business.
Experience coordinating events, tastings, workshops, or community activities.
Experience creating social media content, photography, or promotional materials.
Experience with inventory management, product packaging, or wholesale order fulfillment.
We value initiative, reliability, creativity, and a willingness to learn just as much as formal experience.
