Food Trailer Operator Opportunity
Tea Zaanti is seeking an independent food entrepreneur to operate our fully equipped food trailer as their own business.
We originally launched the trailer to expand on our Thursday Night Hot Dog events, but we’re looking to partner with someone who wants to take ownership of the operation and build it into something great.
This is not an employment position — this is an opportunity for someone to run their own food business with significantly lower startup costs.

Operator Responsibilities
Form your own LLC
Secure required permits and licenses
Carry general liability insurance
Manage staffing (if needed)
Handle food sourcing, prep, and operations
Maintain cleanliness and equipment condition
Ability to tow trailer
Financial Structure
Monthly rental agreement
Operator keeps their revenue
Details negotiated based on concept and schedule
