Two powerhouses are joined in this traditional blend - gunpowder green tea and peppermint leaf. Gunpowder tea was given it name due to its processing - it is rolled into tiny pearls thought to resemble pellets of gunpowder. The addition of refreshing mint gives this tea a full body and makes it perfect hot or iced. 100% Certified Organic. Extremely popular in Morocco, tea has been enjoyed for centuries. A standard of their tea ceremony is a green tea served with mint and sugar; this is then poured from a height into individual glasses to yield a slightly frothy cup. Our Moroccan Mint follows in that tradition (we’ll leave the pouring to you).

Steeping Instructions: Pour 6 oz. heated water (170-180˚F) over 1 teaspoon tea leaves and steep 2 minutes. Remove leaves and enjoy. Re-steep as desired.
