This world-famous tea comes from Qimen in the Anhui Province of China and is considered by many to be an elite among Chinese tea. First sold in 1875, this tea cultivar was developed and promoted by a disgraced mandarin from Fujian (who said history was boring?!). It has been highly-sought ever since. It's said to be a favorite of Queen Elizabeth and it's certainly one of our favorites! 100% organic.

Steeping Instructions: Pour 6 oz. heated water (208-212˚F) over 1 teaspoon herbs and steep 3-5 minutes. Remove tea leaves and enjoy. Re-steep as desired.
